Target Offers 20% Discount on Spring Fashion Shopping

Target is offering 20% off early bird shopping on spring fashions. This is clearly an attempt to move fashions designed for warmer temperatures, despite the polar vortex still sweeping across the US.  The deal applies to womens’, mens, kids and baby wear. The deal includes Target’s selection of wear to work dresses including selections from Merona,  Mossimo and  Liz Lange. If you shop online, Target will sweeten the deal with free shipping on orders over $50.00.
