Racked LA: Los Angeles Version of Racked Shopping Blog Shutters

Shopping website Racked LA is saying farewell and closing their website.

One of our favorites reads, Racked LA is closing.  This is a sad news on the Los Angeles fashion and shopping scene.  As a Los Angeles based blogger, I relied on Racked LA for shopping updates, and always checked their opinions on new stores and fashions.   Our friend Fashion Trends Daily has the inside scoop on what happened and why the Racked LA blog is now more.   Farewell Racked LA.  Thanks to Senior Editor Natalie Alcala, Associate Editor Danielle Directo-Meston and contributing editors Jennifer Astin and Ashley Tibbits for all the great updates over the years on the LA Shopping scene. I loved your intelligent reporting and your humor!

As of  July 29 2016, Racked Los Angeles  will no longer publish updates as a stand-alone site.  Readers will have to look for news on the Racked parent site or other fashion blogs covering Los Angeles.  So who still covers Los Angeles as an independent blogger?  Fashion Trends Daily,  yours truly The Recessionista, Emily Schuman at Cupcakes & Cashmere and a host of Beauty Bloggers from LA-Story (By Stevie Wilson) to Beauty Junkies Unite , to the girls at We Heart This to newly LA based Women’s Day Editor Mary Zavaglia.
