A few of my favorite Los Angeles designers have just announced that they are heading to discount shopping channel QVC for spring 2012.  This is good news for fashion lovers around the world, since QVC is an international business. The LA based designers coming to QVC are Geren Lockhart, Rachel Pally, Cynthia Vincent and Karen Zambos.  I regularly buy Rachel Pally and Cynthia Vincent at sample sales in Los Angeles, so I am glad that now everyone will be able to enjoy their great designs for less.  Some of you may remember that Cynthia Vincent’s shoe collection for Target was a complete sell out. I’m so excited to see these terrific Los Angeles based talents reach a broader audience via QVC.

Until the new designers join QVC, there is still plenty of fashion on the channel. I love the Marc Bouwer,  Issac Mizrah, the faux fur of Dennis Basso and Luxe by Rachel Zoe holiday fashions.  Sorry, I can’t endorse the Joan Rivers or the K family stuff.  But do check out the Jacqueline Kennedy jewelry. I keep hoping that some of Elizabeth Taylor’s jewelry will come to QVC soon so we can all enjoy it! I wish I knew if they had bought pieces for reproduction at the recent Christie’s auction.
