NYFW: Sale of CHANEL Fashions Planned at the Empire Hotel

By  |

Here’s some amazing news about the upcoming New York Fashion Week, and it’s not about the Spring 2012 collections.  I just learned that an organization called eDrop-Off is going to be selling over 200 pieces of Chanel at the Empire Hotel during NYFW.  As some of you know, my fashion weakness when it comes to spending is Chanel.  Of course, I am always, always on an eternal quest to find Chanel for less.  Perhaps this auction can help with my Chanel obsession.  Here’s what I know about this sale. eDrop-Off will be displaying an exclusive curated collection of Chanel items including handbags, clothing and accessories dating from 1995 – 2002. Most of the hard to find, rare pieces are brand new, still in the original boxes with tags. eDrop-Off will showcase this collection at the Empire Hotel in New York on Saturday, September 8th and Sunday, September 9th from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

All of the pieces shown will be available through an open auction platform. Guests can view the collection in person then bid on any of the items through ebay. Most items will start at $49.99 so there will be incredibly opportunities for shoppers to get great deals on Chanel’s most iconic pieces. Prices for Chanel starting at $49.99? That’s sounds incredible!! I hope the items don’t get bid up too high, but I’m sure nothing will sell for  just $50.00.
