Marni for H&M: New York Press Preview Sells Out

By  |

Twas the night before Marni, and all through the H&M house, the clothing was sold out, none left for even a mouse! Yes, this is my little attempt at cheeky humor, but it’s true. Tonight in New York City, a preview party for the collection was held with press and bloggers invited to shop early.  My spies told me that everything was gone in under 20 minutes.  You know what that means.  It’s not a surprise, this collection will sell out tomorrow and hungry fashionistas will line up on the morning.  Although I am jonesing for the metallic flower print top, I actually have to work for a living, so I’m sure I won’t have time to sneak out to shop and stand in line.  If you are making the commitment to give up several hours to get in line early in the am check out my previous post on the shopping rules.  If you shop tomorrow, leave a comment and let us all know what you think of the collection. We’re on Marni watch here at The Recessionista! We can’t help it.  Every time a new H&M budget collection launches, we’re addicted to all the news. And judging by the news headlines, we’re not alone.
