Help the Red Cross Help Hurricane Sandy Victims

By  |

With the major storm know as Hurricane Sandy now battering the east coast of the United States, it seems trite to talk about sales or fashion.  I can’t bear to post some of the Hurricane Sandy sale fliers coming my way.  What I want to post about, and remind everyone about, is that the American Red Cross is here to help people affected by the storm.   To find a Red Cross shelter, you can download the Red Cross Hurricane app, visit the Red Cross web site or  call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767.) People can also register on the Red Cross Safe and Well website, a secure and easy-to-use online tool that helps families connect during emergencies. To register, go to www.redcross.org.   I’m hoping all my dear readers are safe on the east coast and will be sending along a donation to the Red Cross to help those affected.
