The British are coming, the British are coming! This week offers two important shoppping e-events for Recessionstas to shout about. First up, the long awaited TopShop store will open in New York City on April 2. If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you know I love TopShop because they bought Ceila Birtwell’s beautiful prints to a whole new generation fo shoppers. I love Ceila and this opening will bring another treat: Liberty of London prints in the new Kate Moss Collection.

I am a big fan of Liberty prints and I own several of the dresses, scarves and even a cute little Liberty ladies’ ties purchased at Trimminghams’ in Hamilton, Bermuda. So, I can’t wait to see what this collection will offer.

Liberty itself is having a wonderful sale on their Cacharel Liberty Print Collection on their site. You might want to check it out to experience the beauty of their prints up close and personal via the zoom feature.:)
