How do you spell survivor in the fashion business? Well, it might just be Betsey Johnson.  After declaring bankruptcy, the designer is literally reorganizing.  She came back first with a New York Fashion Week show, and now she’s  launching a dress collection at Macy’s. I’m back!!! Doing my dress thing. Pretty and punk, sweet and sexy, always rock n’ roll, ” says Ms. Johnson. Today Ms. Johnson appeared at Macy’s Herald Square store to decorate the store windows and stir up interest in her new collection of dresses, some of which look suitable for prom.
