Adele: From Grammy Winner to the new Vogue Covergirl, Take that Lagerfeld

Guess who is the March Vogue magazine covergirl? None other than the Adele. Being fashionable truly is the best revenge.  Only a short time ago Chanel and Fendi designer Karl Lagerfeld ungraciously declared pop singer Adele to be “too fat.”  Hey Karl, who asked you? Go back to designing your  Diet Coke can or your ill-fitting Macy’s Impulse collection.  I love Adele! She is one of the best singer/songwriters ever.  Check her out on the cover of Vogue next month–she’s gorgeous.  Adele has the complexion of an English rose  and looks amazing. In a recent 60 Minutes interview, Adele responded to Karl Lagerfeld’s unsolicited critique. “I’ve never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I’m very proud of that,’ Adele said.

Although the singer appeared unfazed by Karl’s unkind comments, Adele fired back quite fashionably tonight at the Grammys in a beautiful black sequined Armani Prive gown.  If you look like Adele, you don’t need no Chanel 🙂
