Loehmann’s Announces Bankruptcy Liquidation Sale

Loehmann's sale

After 93 years, Loehmann’s Discounted Fashion Chain is winding down.

This is the end. Beautiful friend, the end.   That’s how I feel about the announcement that the original site of fashion deals and steals, Loehmann’s, is going out of business.   The good news for consumers is that everything must go and the remaining stores are having clearance sales.  Look for deals at stores in New York City, Chicago, South Florida, Southern California and select other locations.  If you’re shopping for that special someone for Valentine’s Day, or looking for a great dress for a night on the town, the Loehmann’s bankruptcy sale is worth checking out.   I’ll be shopping the Orange County store for clothing and their incredible jewelry and accessories. I’ll miss the great deals from the Back Room and even the communal dressing room.  It’s truly the end of an era, as I think flash sales and big box discount fashion retailers drove the Loehmann’s brick and mortar shopping model out of business.
