With the new Kate Young collection about to hit Target stores any second,look for  the Prabal Gurung for Target collection on clearance at really reasonable prices. Shoes are about $15.00.  Dresses and tops are between $14.00 and $20.00. I wasn’t a big fan of this collection, but there were a few things that I liked.  I picked up the peplum top and the red shoes with ankles traps for a total of $30.00.  Everything is still at the retail price at Target.com , so look for this deal in-store only.  The shoes are indeed chic n’ cheap although not all of them are easy to walk in.  The Prabal Gurung for Target dresses are a mixed bag so choose wisely.
