The second iteration of the Shops at Target isn’t exactly selling like hotcakes. In fact a check of the Target website shows that the collections are on sale for 30% off. The second installment of the Shops at Target featuring New York’s Kirna Zabete and Odin, San Francisco’s The Curiosity Shoppe and Boston’s PATCH NYC seems to be leaving most Target shoppers cold. The racks are full, and the prices have started to be cut. In store, Kirna Zabete garments and accessories are 30% off, although they are not reduced on the website. If you like the Kirna Zabete collection look for it as the Tuesday daily deal on Target.com. The rest of the Shops are reduced online and in store. I wonder if the 1/3 off price cut will help Target sell these goods, or if they will go lower still? I’m betting prices will continue to drop. Just a hunch.

It seems like people really are NOT buying this stuff, or that Target OVERBOUGHT the inventory, because there's an insane amount of the Odin and Zabete clothing left at my local stores. I think they even had extra inventory in the back, because all of a sudden not only are the Zabate-marked special racks still full in the front of the womens' dept., but there's a ton of additional items filling the clearance racks.
