William Rast for Target Hits the Clearance Racks

As I predicted in my review of William Rast for Target back in December, the entire collection has gone to clearance and is priced at 50% off  the original Target retail prices.  The leather jackets once priced at almost $200.00 US are now about $100.00. Sadly, this was a case of a mass produced designer collection that failed to meet expectations, and savvy shoppers didn’t snap it up. The collection is sized small and is not particularly well made. Even the online reviews on Target.com attest to that. Some pieces are better than others of course, but overall it was more miss than hit.
