Fashions Night Out

Fashionista Favorites at Fashion’s Night Out

By  |

There were certainly some extraordinary looks on the Runway this weekend during New York Fashion Week.  But there were also some very interesting looks that I saw on Fashion’s Night Out here in Los Angeles that I wanted to share with my readers.  I was really amazed by some of the creative styles I saw.  Like The Sartorialist, I wanted to share some of the chic I saw with readers.  Like this amazing outfit I saw of this fashionista above at the Chanel boutique on Friday night.  She looked stunning in her unique outfit, hat and jewelry.  She had a matching Bulgari bag slung over her shoulder that was the same hue as her blouse.  It was perfection.  Here she is from the front. Just beautiful!

There is no doubt that each piece of her outfit was from a designer.  I only wish I knew which ones!   And then there were the fashionistas like Heather Petrie from LA Fashion Snob who gave a whole new look and life to some Fashion’s Night Out T-Shirts.  Her look was like a great Project Runway Challenge.

And then there were the madmen enthusiasts channeling the classic 1960s January Jones type look, like this elegant lady with one of the best charm bracelets I have ever seen.

And finally, I met one of LA’s one very talented designers, Kevan Hall before his show at the for GenLuxe Magazine at Lux hotel.  He showed me his amazing black “film dress” with ribboned strips in the front draped like film reels.

If you’re looking sometimes there is amazing fashion all around you.  After all, it was Chanel who said fashion is in the streets.  She was right.
