CEW’s 2010 Beauty Award Winners on Sale Online at CVS.com

Every year the CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) recognizes the best beauty products from over 500 entries.  This year, CEW selected 31 winners to honor.  The good news for savvy shoppers is that some of products are available at online at  CVS  until June 27th for 20% off (including the products featured here.)
I am a CVS shopper, and I have a CVS Extra Care Card for extra discounts  (you can apply for one in store or online.)  I love how they have the coupon kisk in the store.  You don’t have to remember to clip coupons and bring them into the store.  Just bring in your CVS card, and scan it  at the Kiosk.  The coupons print out for you right there in store.  J’adore those easy savings!   With the CVS discounts on the CEW winners, it’s good to know that you don’t have to pay high-end department store prices for quality beauty products.   Oil of Olay was a big winner at the awards.  I find the products good, but beware the “rebates.”   Honestly though, I haven’t successfully cashed one in one of the Oil of Olay rebates yet.  I won’t be running them on the blog anymore.  Have any of you been able to get a rebate? Regardless of the rebates, I do like their products and consider them good value.

Here’s a little list of CEW’s Award winning beauty products at your CVS.  Most of them are under $10.00 US.

Remember, a good sunscreen is a summer must!
I’ll be stocking up on on this one!

One product I really like that you won’t find at CVS, but is also a good deal is Avon’s  CLINICAL Luminosity Pro Brightening Serum (Anew Serum for Anti-Aging.)  I’m not a dermatologist, and I don’t play one on TV :) , but I really, really like Anew.  I think it was a finalist in the  CEW awards. It’s a gel moisturizing, cream, that is clear and light.  I use it before I go to bed, on my Death Valley Dry Zone, which is how I refer to my Forehead.  Some call this area part of the “T-Zone.”  It’s not under $10.00, but I do like it.   Avon sent me a sample, and I give it a big thumbs up.  But I am not alone, reviewers on the Avon site also give it raves and so do cosmetic reviews.   I don’t know if it inhibits age spots, but it does give my skin a dewy fresh glow for sure, which I appreciate. This ANEW Serum is not on sale, but Avon is having a special now.  You receive a  FREE ANEW CLINICAL Eye Lift (a $28 value) with ANEW CLINICAL Luminosity Pro Brightening Serum purchase!  This helps with the price point, because Avon’s  CLINICAL Luminosity Pro Brightening Serum retails for $56.00 US (still less than many department store brands, but not cheap.)

A lovely collection of very wanted and useful daily cosmetics. There are products that I use and some that I haven't quite heard of…so it is very helpful.

Thanks for the list! I've been wanting to try the Avon Anew; maybe I will now that it's on sale.

As for the L'Oreal Everpure line… I've tried it and I'm afraid I'm not a fan. The “sulfate-free” claim hooked me in, but for some reason it felt like it “stayed” on my hair and wouldn't rinse off properly unlike other [pricier] sulfate-free lines.

Thanks, I'm a fan of Olay and Neutrogena, and I've been meaning to try the new Olay proX line. The eye roller is on my list, too. I'm a CVS shopper and didn't know about the coupon kiosk!

Thanks for that! I typically won't buy such toiletries at CVS – choosing Target or WalMart instead, but these are great prices!
